Data collected through the contact form

• Name, company, email address, area of interest, business challenge and optional message.
• Purpose: answering your enquiry and, if relevant, preparing a proposal.
• Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Where the data goes

Form submissions are processed by an automation workflow (n8n) hosted on a server rented in the European Union (Contabo, Germany) and forwarded by email. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless a business relationship requires longer retention.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

AI and your data

No information you submit is sent to external AI services. The demonstrators on this website only use fictional, synthetic data.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting me. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
